We finally finished our electrical inspection and passed. We bought a 100 year old house in Queens last year. The electrical wiring was not in the best condition when we bought it. So , as a first time homeowner. I did my due diligent and interviewed a few electrical companies for the work needed which is rewiring the whole 1200 feet house. I compared them by experience, price and their personality because We will be working with them closely for sure. A good relationship is important to me. We ended up hiring Crossland Management. Peter is very professional and knowledgeable. Their quotation was fair and worked in our budget nicely. They upgraded everything , made it safe for us and make my house “Smart”. George who is very skilled had made us feel very comfortable in our home and felt safe. They gave us peace of mind from the work that they have done. They really did a great job with our home and assisted us the best way they can. I highly recommend them.

This was the only licensed electrical company willing to do a free on-site estimate, and work on my small residential project. They are prompt, curtious, and you can expect excellent workmanship from Peter and George. A little pricey but this is to be expected for electrical work done by a professionals. Overall, a very pleasant experience using Crossland Management and Electric Inc. You will not be disappointed in hiring them!
